I’m Aileen, a product designer in NYC. With roots in visual design, I connect research, strategy, and vision to bring clarity to problem spaces where conventions aren't yet defined. My approach centers on experimentation and storytelling guided by curiosity and empathy.

Over six years at Amazon, I shaped commerce for consumers, creators, and merchants. During those times, I learned the rigor of advocating for customers while scaling ecosystems, bringing teams together, and driving business impact. Before that, I designed at Tumblr and Edenspiekermann.

I’m a curator and builder at heart, so I’m currently running my own shop for vintage objects, Rare Feelings, and building its own AI-powered business tools. I'm also collaborating with local emerging brands on their brand identity and digital experiences.
